What happens with the data of the lotteries and product test campaign participants?

In short: nothing.
Neither your partner, nor the manufacturer gets the data. This is digital waste, which hast to be deleted, because neither your partner nor the manufacturer is allowed to use this data.

There are two exceptions:

  1.  The winner's data. As this is needed for the further lottery or product test process, e.g. postal dispatch. These names are allowed to be published if abbreviated as first name and residence. This is also part of the conditions of participation.

  2. The person's data who subscribed for the newsletter. As this permission was given voluntary via clicking a box in the Double Opt.-In (DOI) procedure: salutation, first name, last name and e-mail address. You will get this data as soon as the campaign ends inclusive the documentation of the DOI, so you can use this data in your own system.
